Community Health Partnership’s mission is to improve the health of Oregonians through advocacy and support of effective public health policy and activities.
We:
- Advocate for effective public policy to prevent and resolve health problems and unmet community health needs.
- Identify and work collaboratively with diverse community partners, both public and private, to develop and implement effective solutions to public health issues.
- Address gaps in community health services and award special needs grants for local short-term responses to urgent client needs.
- Promote the development and retention of a highly skilled and diverse public health workforce.
- Recognize and honor the accomplishments of public health workers in Oregon who advance the health of individuals, families and communities.
